Opening pictures problem. Can any MODs help?

When I view threads sometimes, most times, I cannot see all the pics without having to right click on a red X in a box, then click "show picture", but now I'm seeing several that I can't open. This also happens to avitars but usually that's not as important as harvest LDPs.
Any ideas???
This happens from my home laptop, desktop and work PCs.

On my office computer I get the red X pretty often - I can open any picture from home. I think it has something to do with browser settings? I thought about calling the IT help desk in the home office and asking them but I'm not sure how well that would go over

Kinda like, "It hurts when I do this..." "well, don't do that"

I have the same thing happen. also the forbidden message, A LOT. Surely there is a fix for this problem.

Hopefully it will get fixed someday. I'm wearin my right clicker out on my lap top!

The problem has to do with the current server we are using. It is an issue that is being looked into. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a time frame for when the issue will be corrected.

evidently not an easy on because this has been as issue for a loooong time and it hasn't gotten any better.
