New pup

Just got a new Bassett hound pup from fellow tbh'r "old bob". Thanks again, now i'm trying to get my female German Sheppard to like him. Any tips on how to keep her from nipping and biting. She's usually not like this.

I have never owned one, but had a great aunt that did. His name was Bugle, followed my aunt everywhere, she would take him with her into town shopping,. Everybody in town knew ol Bugle. When he barked his front feet would come off the ground
