    Arrowhead/Worked Piece

My Stepfather originally found this in the mid 70's in our old ranch in Maverick County. He recently came across it again while looking for the deed to the ranch. Any idea what kinda of stone this is? Is it a arrowhead or scraper? The color is really different from anything in our collection.

I'm not sure but I think any worked piece is a cool thing!

      Looks like a little scraper.

In that first photo it looks like it might have a bit of a broken off tang and if that is the canse it could be a tang knife of sorts. If that little nubb is broken off then it could have been an awl as well. Hard to say but unique stone color.
