    Pop up canopies, which one?

Ok everyone, I know between the Bownanza and all the other events everyone ends up being involved in that someone has to have some experience with canopies. I am about to buy a pop up canopy for travel softball. Does anyone have any recomendations on brands and sizes. I am thinking the bigger the better.

I like the ones that have the drop down sides that enclose 2 sides kinda like wings

I've used quite a few between hockey tournaments and cook-offs. The best I've found so far is E-Z UP.

I have an EZ up 12x12. Get one that has straight legs. It works great and is very easy to set up. Make sure to stake it down securely even it isn't windy. One gust and it gets ugly quick.

EZ up is by farthe best you can buy. Go for a high quality one and you won't regret it. Mine has 40 lb sand bags you can put on each leg instead of staking and they've worked great.

Just don't go for the cheaper EZ UP. The plastic (nylon) connectors/swivels won't hold up and once one gets out of whack, it's done. I think ours was the 10x10 and was blue with crappy telescoping flimsy legs. We got it at Academy.

That one pic'd above may be different (and better).

Got 2 of the EZ ups pictured above and a tx flag one of some other brand. The EZ up is way better.

That one ran about a grand, not much plastic on it.
