2 more weeks until NM results are out

I feel like a kid waiting on Christmas Day to get here.

Anyone know of any good reason why no state does the drawing right after the entry deadline? I doubt seriously that it has anything to do with making interest off the money, since there really isn't any interest to be had. Surely there's a good reason for this though - right?

Last year they sent the congratulations letters out 4-5 days before the results were posted, so if you are lucky you might know a little earlier. Just have to cross your fingers and wait.

the wait has gotten better seems a few years ago it wasn't till like June before you found out. hope two week's go by fast.

I gave up on NM and didn't even put in this year. I just don't like how they keep reducing the percentage of out of state tags and try to push you to use an outfitter.
