Family activities and recreation at ranch, help!?!

Ok, so I'm coming up with a list of things to get the family involved in a ranch my family just bought in south texas. So far I've got:
    Nature trails
    Bike trails
    Camp sites
    Lake
    Opening weekend dove shoot
    Family Pheasant hunts
    Family quail hunts
    Pigeon shoots
Weekend competitions to see who can shoot most coyotes, biggest buck, etc...
    Camp sites for camping
    Swimming pool
    BBQ
Exotics to look at for those who get bored with whitetail, I don't get it personally.
Anything else you guys can help me come up with. Especially important to get the women involved?

Just thought of another: stocked lake for fishing
    Hog hunts with dogs
    Deer chases
Working cattle and branding could be fun for some too

3D or paper target archery course? I find that the ladies like large fire pits and plenty of wine as the sun sets. Kids love to go on hikes with BB guns. We have a shooting range setup out to 100 yards with a nice shooting bench and homemade wooden target holder. Get a clay pigeon thrower too. We bought a cheap one, but I've been eyeing the automatic ones that you can hook up to a car battery.

Driving fence post, clearing brush, filling feeders, repainting blinds, digging ditches for water lines, running preditor control(traps and snares)

          Lmao!

How about a little golf! Putting green?

          A well stocked bar?

Deer chasing? First person to chase my deer on my fancy ranch would get a free tour to the front gate.

With all you have available now they need to start making 12 day weekends. #1 recreation at Camp David is sitting on the porch drinking cold beer. If guests don't like that, the gates only 1/4 mile away.
