    Good Work Boots?

I have to run out and buy some new steel toe work boots. Always wanted a pair of slip on work boots. You guys that wear them day in and day out....what brand and style do you find to be the longest lasting and comfortable after long days? I like the look of these 3. Any suggestions?

For heavy abuse (steel toe, electrical hazard rated) - Red Wing
For not so heavy abuse, every day wear - Twisted X

I love 'em both. Nowadays I don't wear my tools, but still need to go to jobsites, I can get away with my Twisted X boots. They're super comfy. I try to buy boots made in USA as much as I can. Most Red Wings are still made here (except for their cheap ones), and I'm told that Twisted X boots are made up in Decatur.

I love my j max. I've had redwings, regular Justin's, twisted x, and Georgia boots. By far my most comfortable pair are my j max. But my advice is to try all different pairs on. What's comfortable on my feet may not be on yours. Redwings would be my next pick, but I had them after my dad wore them for a week and he hated them, said his feet hurt after wearing them but they were awesome to me. I don't remember the model but they had a rattlesnake on the bottom of the sole.

The most comfortable pair of boots I have worn are a pair of Lacrosse work boots. They just didn't hold up with medium use. The outside held up but the inner liner came apart. For looks and comfort I go twisted x. For hard abuse red wings always worked for me.

Red wings but get them a size wider than u normally wear or your feet will hurt while breaking them in.

I wear ariat square toe in the oil field. They are holding up great. I'd go red wing, but a regular toe gives me ingrown toe nails.

Add some super feet green insoles and it will make being on your feet all day much more tolerable
