I think you should take a test to vote not own a gun but that's just this right wing whacko speaking of course.

      Naw, she's good.

Once they found out she got a class III stamp and a belt-fed, they all moved out. Hastily.

Funny the difference between what the Management is taught and the associates huh? I had my guys tell a manager if something seemed off about a gun sale when the final approval was given on the purchase. Then it's that Manager's deal. They made the Manager who signed the form and the Store Director responsible for any mistakes on the paperwork too. A retarded checkmark could potentially lead to charges from ATF according to what we were taught. I'll be honest - I've never read the laws personally so what I know is second hand. I think I will read into it however, now. All I do know is, I would not be imprisoned for straw sales or questionables. BTW - It cracks me up how many guys cannot buy a gun but who bring their wives in and point and say "Get that one". That is a straw sale. It is punishable by up to 10 years in prison for the purchaser (Think the term is right). If a salesguy hears you commit to a straw sale and completes it, he too is liable. I hated to deny for most reasons but this was by far the biggest reason for sale denials.

It's now clear insurance premiums are going to double.

I didn't know jack about handguns when I bought my first one. I had a firearms instructor set up to do some training a couple of days after my purchase. I cannot lie, I probably looked like that guy (except I speak pretty good English) at the counter. I became a pretty proficient shot, got my CHL, etc. I hear people trying to say that might not should have been able to but a weapon? Even though its my 2A right? Am I hearing this correctly?
