Dang pigs everywhere!!

I just saw this group of probably 20-25 pigs right off hwy 97 in between Jourdanton and Pleasanton. They were maybe 40 yards from the hwy with 18 wheelers whizzing by. Couple of pretty good sized ones too. Saw one huge sow. And these were just taken with my phone. Was only about 30 yards away from some of them.

back about 6 years ago, I shot the biggest hog I have ever seen. I had to pull it up over a tree using the truck. Field dressed 283 pounds according to the processor. He had the right scale because he processes cattle in the off season. That deer lease was right off hwy 97 between jourdanton and charlotte. Small 150 lease, but it had some really nice deer and plenty of hogs.

Dang!! I went right by there around 12:15. Wasent paying attention but it would've been cool to have seen the same bunch. Be safe out there amigo!!

It's just crazy that this group is right in the middle of everything. If anybody knows the area, they were about a half mile away from the wal mart going towards Jourdanton on the right side. One if the only places I. This area that's undeveloped in between the 2 towns. I pulled into the argent court old folks home and took the pictures right next the new holiday inn hotel. Pretty crazy.

weather around here has em crazy fired up... seen more than usual last couple of days
