Drop Tine Axis

A couple years ago I went Axis hunting out in Sonora and luck was on my side, as I killed 3 in one day, one of which is very unique. The guy who was guiding me around the ranch kept telling me that it's probably some kind of record and I should get him officially scored. I know his main beams aren't very long and he has a broken brow tine, but he has a total of 4 extra points, one drop tine and 3 kickers(you can only see 2 of them in the picture). I'm just curious what you guys think, should I get him scored? Also, has anyone ever seen or heard of Axis like this?

He probably doesn't score a lot, but that's a very cool and unique trophy. Great buck! I saw an axis with one drop tine a couple years ago. One of his cottle points dropped instead of going up.

I would have taken him for sure, I love seeing unique animals like the one you have here! Who cares if he lacks length, it will more than likely hurt your score.

I don't know too many people who have harvested an axis with all those kickers! Good work!

Don't get me wrong I really don't care how much he scores, what's important to me is the experience and how unique he is. A measuring tape doesn't dictate value to me.

The only reason I was asking if he might score high is if he has a chance to go into the record book, I'd like to get my name in there haha
