What does the second arrow score if shot into the 12/14 ring with another arrow?

If you are asking about the ASA indoor targets, the second arrow scores the lower score. Meaning if you have 2 arrows in the 14, one scores 14 and the other scores 8. Two in the same 12 ring, the second would only be scored a 10.
