Anyone in San Antonio area have an auto code reader?

My truck is throwing a code that my buddy couldn't read with his reader because it wasn't compatible with my truck. My trucks had this code since I got it(used) and it only turns on after about 45 minutes of driving (its a wrench icon on the dash). From everything I've read I need someone with a AE (Auto Engenuity). I appreciate it!

I'm really hoping its not the turbo. It could be egr and I was thinking oil cooler, but it's all just speculation at this point until it gets read I guess. My turbo boost and spools just fine so I have a feeling it's not that

I don't think it's gonna throw you a code. Usually that symbol is referred to as the ghost icon....idk
