    Ipod nano question.

Is there any way to load music to them without itunes support? Itunes is the worst thing ever. My music is mine to enjoy as I will. Itunes searches for the license to your music anytime you are on the internet and makes that music unusable for anything not apple supported.

Welcome to Apple products. The only way to load music on any iPod is through iTunes. If you are having problems with iTunes not wanting to work with music you've downloaded elsewhere, just burn the music to a CD and then rip it to iTunes......that'll fix your problem.

Greed, greed, and more greed. Folks get paid 20 times over for the same thing.

Is it greedy for the artist to want to get paid, or greedy for the customer to want it for free?

There are ways around iTunes to load free music on apple products. Just do some Internet searching. I isn't too bad.

If I bought the CD, then I bought the use of the music IMO.

If you bought the CD burn it onto your hard drive. Then transfer the files to iTunes music folder, then sync. They should be there

That's how I do it. However, there are M3 players that you can buy that use programs other than iTunes to download music - but if you want an Apple iPod, you have to play by their rules. I used to be a PC guy, last November I bought a MacBook Pro - I'll never go back to a PC . . .
