good hog attractant

What is good to use? Looking for a sow in heat scent or something like that. I've seen the Grim reaper site for attractants but don't have time to order it for this weekend. Does Academy Cabelas or BPS carry anything. I have a couple hog bombs in fruit punch and peanut butter, have never used them though. Any comments?

i thnk tinks just came out with some scents. Never used anythign than just soured corn

corn with beer, peanut butter, and a little bit of diesil you could even put a little koolaid in it

i have always a success with sweet feed. get it at most feed stores. or if i wanted to go cheap i will dump out a bag of corn and also a bag of hog wild from academy. If there are hogs around they will be there.

i will not do any of the corn souring or other nasty stuf. waste of time. These are hogs. if you put it out, they will eat it.

I have had great succes with diesel soaked corn and in baiting some holes using a post-hole digger or ager going about 18" deep and then layering corn and raspberry jello or hog wild. It keeps them coming back for several days getting all the good stuff.

It is a "suggested" retail price. That you can do. Everyone does, GM, Ford, Chrysler. Most everything you buy has a MSRP on it.
