That's what we are trying to avoid is offering up any kind of restrictions. If the rest of the state doesn't require a leash these counties shouldn't either. It very well could backfire on you and they make you put all dogs on leash statewide

lol bowtech, Like I told the warden, If I recovered it it would be well worth the fine.. First deer ever, 10 point, with a bow on my first time ever bow hunting... Yes Sir, talk about beginners luck..

hopefully this will change! I think a lot more deer would be recovered and management practices would be more accurate.
