Haven't ever fished phantom. Was curious about kirby. I've actually never even been to phantom so I wouldn't know any good spots.

It always looks like chocolate milk !!! I've never fished it either now Hubbard creek just up the road is pretty good lake

I bass fish around Abilene alot. The fish should be staging, but not on beds yet. Look at secondary points and any cover you can find. With the lakes all being low, it's going to be tougher this year than some. Around Abilene you've got Phantom and Kirby, then south you have Oak Creek and Ivie. East you've got Hubbard and Leon. West you've got Sweetwater. There are a few more but the ramps are dry.
