Open Carry Bill, Public Hearing Thursday

Looks like HB 700 (the bill to allow open carry) is set for public hearing in Austin on Thursday. This is a step in the right direction and I would encourage any who are available to attend, to do so. Individuals who are so inclined will be allowed to give personal testimony as well.
