So, you are saying the movie is not good?

Me and the wife and our daughter just finished watching it. Great movie. Very good message from it that reminds you to live for the right reasons. Check out the website and read it too.

Direct from the Waresville Cemetery in Utopia, Texas, Dr. Cook answers... Did he make the putt?

Just finished watching it, and I have to respectfully disagree. I will agree that the directing was a little amateurish until they got to the latter part of the movie. All in all, I loved it and would recommend it.

It certainly was not a wreck.

I gave up on it after 45 minutes or so, so in all fairness, I didn't watch it all the way through. I think my biggest issue is with the guy that played the golfer, I don't know his name, he just isn't a good actor in my opinion.

To each their own. Lucas Black is never going to win an academy award, but the dude has played in MANY movies, so someone thinks he can act.

Very good movie......for the many messages contained within it.....

Quality of production isn't going to win any awards. However, it was made on the cheap (I know one who was heavily involved....one of my mentors) when compared to an average Hollywood production......had to be or it's never made.....

I don't have to tell you that a golf movie isn't attractive to the deviants in CA...

A Christian film with GREAT lessons regarding LIFE isn't attractive to the deviants.

So combine the two......dead on the h20.

So getting it made at all was an accomplishment.

The golf portion is "Hollywooded" up a bit.
A purist will have some gripes, and they're justified.

The acting isn't going to win over any critics, but, it's perfectly fine. At least it's believable.

Dr. David Cook's book IS much better. But, again, they are vey fortunate to have gotten the movie made at all.

Thankfully they DID get it made as it contains some fantastic life lessons that transcend golf....or any sport.
