Well my ex wife managed to pick up an attorney from the waiting room so they rescheduled for march 7th......shes had 3 years to get her crap together but apparently the court felt she deserved another few wks.....very frustrated!

I spent several years in adoption and pregnancy ministry, and all too often we saw the unsuitable mother win over the responsible father. Texas does lean toward the mother's rights. However, it's not impossible - I have seen several cases of the father winning... A great family attorney is worth their weight in gold.

More prayers please we are headed back at 1:30 today for the hearing...my wife picked up ny daughter sunday night from walmart and she was filthy.....hands..face...clothes. ..the whole nine yards and her mother was walking her around walmart that way....its a sad deal and we hope to get it resolved today but were really nervous..
