Looking for someone to roast a hog for my wedding

I would like to possibly have a pig roast for my wedding in June. It will be in Rockdale. Please let me know if anyone knows anyone who does this locally around the rockdale area.

i did one a year ago or so on a spit, it was a wild hog. Brined it for 2-3 days I believe. Domestic hog is the way to go. The wild one was to lean. I dont know anyone that does it but give me some time and I will practice and let you know if I am confident enough to make it happen right. The wild one was good. But I am pretty picky so I would call it a 3-4 on a scale of 1-10. Aint no way I would serve it at my wedding and be proud. Now you gave me a reason to roast a couple hogs. You going to have it served off the spit where you have someone slicing thin layers off, or you going to have it in buffet type warmers.

This is along the lines of what I did. Just did not have a fatty hog so it dried. Even with the brine. Wild hog is free so it was a good experiment. Learned a lot on what to not do.
