Ladybug, less is more these days. Keep it simple. You will be placing the logo on your products. Too much detail and it won't be readable.

Think Nike swoosh. Post #22 you can use the simple graphics to brand your products and media/packaging wise you can use the text combining them both.

Ok ok ok. I have finally come to the determination that everyone is right and I am wrong. I totally need a different company name to sell my homemade hunting supplies. Problem is I'm totally clueless and can't come up with anything catchy. My coworker had a completely awesome idea but it's just a tad bit inappropriate. Does anyone have any ideas for a name?

HunterDan2006 came up with a totally awesome logo for me and I still plan on using it I will just change the name. It's the deer head from post # 22 just with a different font.
