    At Javier's in downtown Dallas

    Took some advice off here. Took the wife to Javier's. waiting in the bar right now on an hour wait. They have some cool mounts on the wall but the people are obnoxious. A bunch of $30,000 a year millionaires.

    There was a Lamborghini and Bentley parked at the door though.

    I hope the foods good.

        Cool place, haven't been there in several years. Agree on the 30k millionaires, h park is loaded with them, including a few of my kinfolk.

            No Jerry jones here. We waited tabled through college and my wife waited on Jerry a number of times. He loved her. She pranced around the restaurant with his Super Bowl ring on one night. Jerry would come in with all kinds of people

                  My thread sucks and the restaurant sucks. Food was good and date was good but nothing else. Will never go back

                        Your thread would've sucked less with pic of food and more pics of your wife.

                        Sorry you didn't like it. I've lived here a long time and I've never been. You've got to expect a wait on a Sat night though and a high douchy factor in that part of town.

                          The wait was not the prob. I enjoyed the time at the bar with the wife. The crowd and the server was no good.

                          I enjoy downtown ft worth much better than dallas, just live closer to Dallas.

                          Ft worth cost me a hotel room every time I'm there
