we're heading thru Lafayette Sunday. Thought about stopping at Prejeans for lunch. I can't wait to get me some 'dads. If not Prejeans, do you recommend another spot along the freeway?

Prejeans has gone downhill in the last few years. I've been very disappointed the last few times I stopped there.

if you're a tourist , rarely eat cajun food, and have deep pockets ... CT is just OK . I'm a local and would never eat there . Avg food and overpriced to make $$$ off ppl traveling

I agree with post above as Prejeans has slipped and not as good as it once was. It too has become touristy

Fezzo's at the Scott/Cankton exit 97 has very good groceries ... Right next to Cajun Harley Davidson and Don's Specialty Meats (boudin, cracklins, bonelss stuffed chicken, alligator, rabbit, ribeye sausage , etc ... )

                      Fezzo's is excellent.

If your in New Iberia you can hit the Boiling Point.
