    exoics need a answer

    I was looking At sika how many breeds are there. I hear people talk about threeof them. How can you tell them apart and what is consered a good size sika

    All the ones I've seen their antlers look way too small for their bodies. I prefer axis or fallow

        I believe there are three subspecies of sika. From smallest to largest they are the Japanese (Formosan), Manchurian and Dybowski.

            This, but Japanese and Formosan are separate.

            Manchurians can get big like the Dybowski's deer.

                  There are a lot of crosses. There are actually 12 ssp. that are debated. Just go to most any hunting ranch's website and look for sika that have been killed there, you will catch on to what is "big".

                    A good size sika will have 4 pts on each side.
