Lol. It was about a 20 minute install. I used a kit from Austin Home Brew (google 'em). It was easy, the beer stays pressurized, and it's COLD. Sans keg, it was about $200. Kegs (Bud Light) are $118 + tax.

After that, you have to buy a C02 tank and C02 - about $70 or so.

How long will a keg last?

My record (one keg in) is 8 days. But, if yer talking about shelf life, I was told 6-8 months +. I don't intend to find out.
