Wrap around from the back side of the storm is starting to hit now. We have 4-5" here in Wellington, and they say we will get plenty more this afternoon, but who knows. I would wait a day if I were you and could....

Some buddies up in canyon are saying they got 4-5" in town. One buddy says the roads are pretty slick in town, but usually the interstate is not quite as bad as in town.

Thinking of leaving in A.M. Just hope they get main road cleaned up, as I would like to leave by 4 A.M.

Okay, watched the news at lunch, most places around probably averaged about 5" so far. It is coming down real good again now, I bet we get at least a couple more inches here. Main problem is that it is a really wet snow, and melting quite a bit right now, most roads here are pretty good. BUT, re-freeze tonight may make things kind of dicey in the morning. Up to Childress or so shouldn't be any problem, have no idea what it is like out west in NM.

                    Thanks for the update!
Ice in morning was my concern as well. About 3 hours to Childress, so I need to time it right.
