Cuddeback problem

I got a cuddeback attack IR for Christmas and it has been messing up lately at night. Today when I was looking at the pictures almost all of the night pictures were really dark and had horizontal lines across the screen. Does anybody know what I should do or how to fix it. It's only been in the woods 2 or so months.

Call them they will probably replace it of tell u what's wrong with it, those are great cameras I got 5 and have never had any issues with them thank god!

^^^ had pretty good luck with the customer service there. I have shipped two back in the past and both times received brand new ones to replace them.
