    Otter Box CS

    I broke my OtterBox Defender belt holster Saturday. No fault of the company at all. I got it hung up in a seatbelt and snapped the belt clip off. I contacted OtterBox and asked if I could purchase a new belt holster for a Galaxy SIII. They responded that it will be covered under warranty! I told the CS rep that it was my fault and he told me it is the most common problem they have and that Otterbox will replace it free of charge. I just had to send a couple of pics of the broken product. Pretty good CS right there, a free replacement even when I admitted being at fault.

        Wow, I'm calling them tomorrow. The rubber outer case on my Otter Box has stretched to the point that it falls off. What kind of warranty does otter box offer?

          Good to hear, I wouldn't trade mine for nothing, it's probably saved me from having to buy 4 or 5 phones the year

            I have had nothing but really good experiences with them on warranty related issues. Great product with excellent customer service...

              I snagged my holster on a sawhorse at work 3 months ago and it snapped. Called 'em up and the guy said "heck I'll send you 2 of the holsters in case it happens again"
              1 month later the silicone skin ripped around the charge port. Called again and they don't make the first release case for the iphone4 anymore so they sent me the latest iPhone4 case, holster, the whole deal!
              I'd recommend them to everyone just for their customer service.
