I broke my OtterBox Defender belt holster Saturday. No fault of the company at all. I got it hung up in a seatbelt and snapped the belt clip off. I contacted OtterBox and asked if I could purchase a new belt holster for a Galaxy SIII. They responded that it will be covered under warranty! I told the CS rep that it was my fault and he told me it is the most common problem they have and that Otterbox will replace it free of charge. I just had to send a couple of pics of the broken product. 

Pretty good CS right there, a free replacement even when I admitted being at fault.
