Okay so I am a little late on this post but better late than never I reckon!

Overview of the situation, I had my interview with the company roughly 2 weeks ago! And though I personally felt the interview went very well, I originally did not get the position. :/ I got very discouraged and a little upset that it didn't wrk out but I kept telling myself everything happens for a reason and there's a plan whether I know it or not.

I hadn't heard or thought about this since and just accepted it and just decided to not fret it and keep on keepin on. Well as of last Friday I received a text from my friend Jfalcone08 (who works for the company) sayin they had a big push that day and keep phone close in the possibility somethin opens up and I got a call! Well all Friday passes and no word, so I figured it wouldn't happen and just let it go and decided to forget about it again! I mean I coulda been in worse situations than what I was, and still had plenty to be thankful for!

Fast forward to Monday (yesterday) morning, I wake up around 930ish to get goin for the day and get ready for my shift at Academy (starting at 11). And within 10 minutes of me waking up I get a phone call from the company I interviewed for 2 weeks prior, and they were extending an offer for a position to join the company! The kicker was, they needed me to come down that day to do my processing and paperwork and start Tuesday (today)...so I talked it over with my folks and they supported it and me and said go for it!

So I went to academy and was straight forward with the managers and apologized for leaving them hangin on such short notice and not being able to follow the customary 2 week notice....and explained the situation to them. By 12:45 in the afternoon Monday morning, I had quit my job at academy, packed up the things I would need to get me through the week and loaded the truck and hit the road runnin!

It's now Tuesday (going into Wednesday and my 2nd day on the job). I am in a place that makes me happy, making great money for my situation, surrounded by so many friends and family that are supporting me both in person and on here! And things are going great!

I was a little worried about the housing situation as I had no house or apt the move into on such short notice, so I decided I would have to couch hop for a few days until I can get me a place! Well on my way to stephenville I received a call from a buddy inquiring about the sudden move, saying he had a room for rent in stephenville for cheap in a nice house!

I must say guys, I REALLY appreciate all the prayers sent for this, words cannot begin to describe how thankful I am! God is good, and will provide for you no matter what, I am thankful to have the friends I have down here to help me out in anyway possible, and I am very thankful for my friend Justin hookin it up with this opportunity!

Feeling incredibly blessed right now!
