Any New Kubota RTV 1140 Owners??

I've been sorta in the market for a new crew cab utv and up until today was set on a Ranger. However I received a very intriguing offer from the tractor house. So I was curious if there are any on here that could shed some light on the newer models.

I'm very familiar with the older single cab models and of course like most I'm not a fan of the hydrostatic transmission, but I'm being told this has changed- any truth to this?

I don't know anything about them, but I just looked them up. Looks about like a mule, more geared for work than play, I just bought a ranger crew and couldn't be happier. Great mix of workhorse and toy. Sorry I couldn't be more help with your question.

No problem at all, being a diesel I figure they're more for work than recreation.

My dads buddy bought a brand new one last year. He loves it, but the RTV is a work horse, pretty heavy & loud. If you want something to play on I would recommend the ranger, but if you need something to work with I would buy the RTV.

I've driven several of them at work (as well as many of their competitors' models). The KUBOTA is, by far, the smoothest... and consistently reliable UTV I've been around (and the most sought after by the "bosses" on each company's team).

I work turn-arounds at refineries and chem plants. Each unit is a rental, subject to the highest level of abuse and neglect...

... my observations are based on that.

Is it a Mule with Kubota packaging ? They do look very very similar.
