I guess John Sebastian was considered one back when.
It took 6 1/2 years but I finally ordered this photo. My son Matt went to the North American Music Merchandisers convention, July of 2006 in Austin and jammed with John Sebastian at the Collings Guitar booth. The Collings plant is in Austin out 290 west. Matt plays a Collings mandolin and John is sponsored by Collings. Matt didn't realize who John was at the time. He sent me to a link on the Statesman's website and I saw who it was by the caption. I recently was looking for a Loving Spoonful song and forgot John actually played at Woodstock in 1969 and mentioned to Matt that I didn't realize it at the time but he had played with someone who played at Woodstock. I think I was more impressed by that than he was.
