Hoyt target boys ??

Mods, Please move if this is in the wrong forum.

My Princess (16 ) currently shoots a Hoyt Selena and she is outgrowing it fast. Her options are to get new cams and a new string. ( If I can find them ) or to look for a new to her (used ) target bow. I know her Selena has short overall axle to axle lenght overall, So we might want to look for a longer bow for stability ?? So what other Target Compounds are out there. I would like to keep her in the sport as it Keeps most boys away.

Don't know what you want to spend, but the Contender,Vantage, and Alpha elite are all great target bows. Depending on DL it could make a different on what's available on these model. The Spirals cams are pretty hard cams, but i see lots of girls shootiing the GTX and Regular Cam 1/2 on the Contender and Vantage elite models. The AE has the RKT cam 1/2. Something alittle cheaper and still great shooting would be the CRX '11, Vector '12, and Sypder'13 series bows. All 30-35" ATA and plenty fast.

x2. The Vixcen was around for 1-2 yrs then discontinued after 2011 I believe. Had the regular Cam 1/2. Now you get the Vixcen pkg on any of the Hoyt hunting bows(Vector and Spyder series). It's just pink strings and pink writings on the limbs instead of the normal hoyt color labels, but still the same bow. You can also get all the air shox in Pink if she likes that kind of stuff. If she plans on hunting with it then I'd look into the hunting models (34-35" ATA) yet it'll still have forgiving ATA for spots or 3D shooting. PM me for more info. Be glad to help.
