I can remember back when i was young, down in San Diego, my aunts making all kind of of good food, more so the Tamales,,, mixed with Venison dang ,,those where the days back then....talking around 77
I have the guys at Syracuse (CCR) make mine into sausage ands its pretty good. Just clean them and get them on ice quick. I love to spot and stalk a Javi.
