    Double Bull Customer Service

I send in my T-2 blind Tuesday for repair. I sent an Email requesting what and where. I got an Email back pretty quick, giving me and address to send it to...one for US mail and another for UPS. I sent it regular mail(Monticello, Mn).... Well after looking thru the Double Bull Site, I decided I should call and follow up on it. I finally found a telephone number and called. I got Steve with Primoss Customer Service in Mississippi. I told him what I had done. He said he would check and call me back. That was yesterday. Well, Steve called me back this morning and give me another toll free number to call. I called this afternoon. This guy named Brooke answered. This is Brooke that is on all the Double Bull videos. I ask him. He said "that's me".. Great Guy. I told him about my DB matrix burning up last weekend. He act like he was genuinely concerned.

    Bottom Line......Good Folks.

Hope he sends you a new one Ronnie. At the very least you got to talk to real people and they actually called you back.

I've had one experience with the DB service dept and it was top-notch. I had three pole pockets that had ripped out and some rodent damage. They fixed it quickly and only charged me for shipping. The kind of service that makes you feel good cause it's so rare these days..

cows eat the screen out of the front" He said, "well, we will see"......then we talked about the Matrix that burned up.

          Again, I'll say...Good Folks

Thanks, Randy. We might go back in May, if we can get some rain by then.

just shipped back my matrix seems cows and fiel dmice had a "field day" on it! If you ship USPS you can just plastic bag it and they will send it without having to find a box. It cost me about $30 though. But priority is great service for the weight involved. When I spoke to someone at the office I asked them to use scraps and not to cut any material because it would give my blind "charactor". They said they would callme with costs for repairs before they do anythingfor approval. Willpost results.
