There is/was one here in McKinney by a certain body shop. Saw it when I was picking my truck up a few yrs ago. I'm sure it's dead now but the guys said they saw it nearly everyday. They set up a food and water spot for it.
Only one I've ever seen in person and probably never see another.

From what I read online is that most albino squirrels are bullied as a baby and don't survive. The chances if seeing one is truly odd, but it seems most if the sightings are in populated areas (weird)

Wow!!! Hunting in the woods of Northern Pennsylvania we would OCCASSIONALLY see an all Black Squirrel. To see a true albino in a blessing. Thanks for sharing.
