I have coached 2 teams the last 6 yrs ..all the way from 8u till now 16u...All I can say is it does get easier with the parents as the kids get older.....If any of yall have any questions you can PM me and I am sure I have dealt with the same sort of problem...Comment

I've coached kids sports form soccer to baseball and football from T-ball level to select around age 11-13. for around 30 years.
I've seen the backroom deals, the overbearing dads. the win at all cost and bringing in ringers.
Folks... slow down ... it is for FUN.teach them how to play the game, Show them how to be better. encourage competitiveness, how to reach the next level. But gimini cricket... allow them to have fun doing it. Some pan out some don;t the way it goesComment
