I was blessed to share deer camp with Chris in Colorado this November for a short time and to have dinner with him. Chris was a guy you wanted on your side, and i am tankful for his time serving this great nation.

Rest in Peace Chris, you were one hell of an American soldier!

Depressing! I want to know the facts now.... especially when I think about the story of him shooting the two guys at the gas station that tried to rod him, at least from how I read it in Marcus' book "Service". I guess I think of him as a superman type that should have been able to stop it before the guy even had a chance to aim his weapon at them...... Makes me mad!!

I'd bet my last dollar that there's already a crowd of seals and soldiers at the family's side stepping up to take care of all upcoming arrangements and make things easier for his family.

RIP, a shame that two vets would survive war only to be killed by a fellow soldier here at home. Supposedly all three knew each other and either Kyle or the other fella was a neighbor of Routh, the shooter.
