need a help in cisco/ ranger area

So I was going to the lease, pulled off I 20 to get gas. Turned my truck and now it want start. Currently I am at the cisco inn, 150 yard from my truck with the wife, kid and dog. I am possitive it the battery, but need a ride to the auto parts store in the am. I have spoke to my car guy and was told that the truck will not run without a good battery. I guess the alternator no longer keeps the truck running.... I have no problem paying for a ride and maybe a helping hand. If you are close and don't mind I could really need a hand. I will be up late watching the green sheet if anyone would call me. My # is 817 219 3056 thanks all

Im not out that way this weekend, but there is an auto parts store there. Its north of I20 on 183/Conrad Hilton only a short distance from I20 (1/4 mile or less). They are open on saturdays.

Your truck should run on just the alternator.

Until you turn it off then you won't be able to jump it if the battery is bad. Wish I could help.

I would call the autoparts store in the morning and explain your situation. Ask them very nicely if there is anyway they could bring the battery to you (Cisco ain't that big )

I know you're worried about your ride being down with your family along but you're in West Texas and I bet you a dollar the parts store will find a way to help you out. Just remember to offer the driver a little tip for going out of his way.
