Who do yall use?


We're just looking for cable and internet. I would assume it'd be cheaper to get them from the same company. Don't really have a use for a home phone right now thou, so just tv & internet. We don't need 5 million channels, just the basic setup. Who has the best deals out there? Also, I've noticed quite a few have super low rates for the 1st 6mo of a 2 YEAR contract, and the rate nearly doubles after the first 6. Trying to avoid those...


DVR would be kinda cool too. Just don't want to spend a ton to get it........

I have Verizon Fios for internet and tv only. Love it. Satellite quality with cable reliability. Can't beat it.

Internet is no contest. Cable modem or nothing. All other so-called "high speed" services with any satellite provider are no good at all. Video is about the same.

Suddenlink if its in your area...

HSI is awesome. They offer 107mb to the home in Tyler and Georgetown. No contracts cancel anytime no hidden fees.

If you can get it at your house I would suggest AT&T Uverse. They don't make you sign a contract. I have Uverse for my internet and Dish for my TV.

We've been using AT&T Uverse for a few years now for both internet and tv, and is has been far superior to when we had Dish or Direct.

I have Suddenlink and it's worked well for me. Their TV packages are about half the cost of DirectTV.

We have TWC for Internet. Just dumped them on the phone and TV side. Now have DirecTV and ATT for home phone. Splitting it all up saved me $70/month for the next two years.

Ive got Suddenlink for my cable and internet. I need to see if i can get a better deal with them. lol I wish i could get UVerse.
