Had some billing issues because of a new service contract at new house and not knowing how it all worked along with mail issues. Contacted customer service through online chat early last week and worked out a paymet plan so that service would not be interupted. Service was suspended this morning. Contact again. Service rep said sorry for the inconvenience service back on, plan in tact but please call the 800 number for a confirmation number. Called and was immediately informed that those reps had absolutely no authority to set up payment plans or turn service back on. ????!!!!!
I must call every time there is an issue. Why in the world would they say everything is taken care of, no problem, service back on, plan set up, etc when they have NO way of doing ANY of those things??!!! What that heck is the online chat for if they cant do anything and give false information?
