TPWD - Devils River - Exotic hunt?

Anyone hunt out here this December or January?

Just curious - I'm headed out there in February (first time to win any TPWD drawing) and have never been here before.

My buddy has been a couple times and killed multiple Aoudad each time. Should be fun!

Rough territory, just got off a lease that was up against the park. Bow killed a +30" aoudad earlier this season - I posted pics of it on here back in October. Here are some of the exotics I had pics of this season - elk, axis, other goats, hogs. Plus the Texas natives - whitetail, mule deer, javalina, turkey, and mountain lion.

They have some good widlife down there, we hunt 15-20 miles as a crow flies from there. Exotics I've seen are aoudad, axis, sika, fallow. We have some pretty good whitetails, heard there is mule deer but never seen any. Ohh and hogs and javalinas. Here is a picture of the aoudad i killed out there this year.

I have seen red sheep out there too. Coulda been mouflon but they looked more like reds to me. But sadly I wasn't hunting just hanging out at a lake house bordering the park.
