It's pretty simple to upgrade the firmware. Only took about a minute to upgrade. I talked to them about the grainy nighttime pictures and they said this new firmware should help resolve that issue.

Cool, thanks for the update. So far the night time pics have been my only complaint regarding my reconyx cameras. -
The new models are awesome. Video and sound will be available.
