This is silliness, blades not opening? Lmao. There is no way the blades won't open unless you super glue them shut or you have bent them and forced them back shut and even then they'd prolly still open.
    Haters gonna hate...

I have a couple of rage heads in my quiver, use them on hogs and varmints, don't want to trash my good heads.

For years I have heard plenty of good reviews on the wasp "jack hammer" ... But I have never used a wasp product.

I have been using rage for the past 4 years! I love them and I have never had any problem. The only complaint I have about them is the fact that if you hit any bone what so ever, you have to replace the blades. I just hit the itch last year to try something different. I bought a few ramcats from a guy in TBH to see what all the hype was about. And I was blown away! They fly just as well as my rages and are super sharp. And I love the design of the blades that allows them to cut on their way out if you don't get a pass thru. In my opinion shot placement is everything and you could kill a deer with a field point if your shot placement is right. I think the majority of all broad head "smack talking" is the hunter blaming poor shot placement on a broad head. Just my .02

                            I completely agree with you!
I always say you can't hit a deer in the a$z and expect to recover it.. Unless you hit the femoral artery! Lol

I shoot 4-blade muzzy's and my teenage boys shoot rage's. I've seen lots of deer fall to both. I buy all the broadheads between us and wouldn't purchase anything I wasn't convinced would get the job done.

I'm a Rage fan, i use the 3 blades and have good success. The possiblity of the blades not opening on a mechanical is out there. If it happened on a big boy i'd be devistated, BUT if i have a big boy standing at 40 yards in some wind i'm gonna be a lot more confident with my mechanicals. There are always pro's and con's.
