** How much Slime to use in 27x12x12 ATV tires?

I would recommend Super Seal over Slime. They use Super Seal in tractor tires. It has slivers of rubber and anti freeze to better adhesion to the tire where the puncture occurred. A pint per tire. Get you some Essex Sure Foots. They are awesome tires, kevlar lined with run flat technology.

The bottles I have bought in the past tell you on them what approximate tire they will fill.

I don't use slime, I use some stuff called berrymans. It comes in a gallon jug with a pump top. I put a quart in each tire, haven't had any problems. At first that much in there will throw off the balance but after a while it goes away.

If you buy the gallon pump of Slime it show's you the formula on the jug to get ermine how many pumps per tire.
