Need 2 P&Y's for your lease???

TBH Pope & Youngs, that is.

Me and Jim (keep) are looking for a new lease again this year. Due to unavoidable circumstances, our lease in Brady has to drastically cut numbers of people to appease the landowner next year after only being there for one year. Jim and I were two of the causualties.

We live in the DFW area and would like to stay in a 4 hour drive time. Our main requirements is that is be family/kid friendly. That doesn't mean no alcohol....on the contrary . We also would like bow only or bow preferred for adults. Our budget is up to $3000/year each for the right type of place.

Let us know if any of you think you may have 2 openings coming up this year. I'm sure ANY of our TBH ex-lease members (DamonJ, Sean, TxZiggy, ToddP to name a few) last year would give us references so you know you won't be adding a couple of d.b.'s.

Shoot me or Jim a PM if you have or think you may have some openings. Sure would be nice to load stands and feeders once instead of twice.

If you'll pay 3000, I'll let you split both of my spots

We didn't use either one of them at all this year

      I'll keep a lookout...is mason too far??

Mason/Llano are probably right at the edge of our territory but certainly doable. Thanks Rod!

I wish we had two spots this year. May in a couple years. Probably a little past your travel requirement as we are in Menard.

I'll talk to Jim but that's probably out of our range. Not sure how the out of state tags work either.

                Thanks Richard!

Maybe Sean will be along and give us an example.

Add Jskinz to our reference list.

I like to think that my normalcy balances out some of Jim's OCD and idiosyncracies.

He's out on the town with Jamie so no chance he can defend himself tonight.
