    Work out plans?

So I've been working out for about a week now (I know its a New Years resolution cliche) but I need some ideas on workouts. I run on the treadmill in the morning, weights in the afternoon and then an aerobics class if I can fit it in (or if I don't feel like doing anything else). I can handle the treadmill part and the aerobics part but I need some weight lifting ideas.

Also is it better to run before or after weight lifting????
    ^^I've wondered that forever^^^

Push ups and dips work great for a while. I would say running is better after lifting long as it isnt a leg day of squats or lunges ect.

If your goal is to lose weight run first if you are doing them on the same days. You'll be able to push yourself harder and burn more calories.

Good starting weight workout is body for life. Looks easy but if you push yourself and use a weight that you can barely complete the reps, it's a good one. Do it about 2-3 months and change programs. If you want a weight loss workout PM me your email and I'll send you one.

I'm doing body for life through march then switching in April to the other one.
