Kids dealing in front of my house.

I live in a decent neighborhood but I got some stupid kids dealing in front of my house.
I have been in touch with my district rep. Multiple times on the issue and have seen no action.
So tonight I blew a fuse and confronted the punks. They just kept walking and did a little gangster dance when they were well on there way. Now my wife is freaked out and she thinks I am asking for retribution.
What's next? I emailed my APD rep again detailing the encounter but I am fed up. 911 is useless with a drug deal that lasts 30 seconds. We have no neighborhood watch.
How do I raise some hek and get something done.
I refuse to play phone and e mail tag any longer. I will not tolerate this crud happening when my kids are playing like they should in the yard.
Anybody ever deal with this kind of thing and see some positive results?

I have dealt with same thing. Even had email communication with police chief. Last year called 911 on a Arron's rental employee who was parked outside there house waiting on them. They came and arrested him. I pestered the chief enough and called the cops enough the traffic has stopped.
