Lake Grapevine Access????

Does anyone know of any "hidden or unmarked" boat ramps or access points to Grapevine Lake. I know of all those listed on the COE website but was hoping the knowledge bank of GS would help me out with some other access points they have run across.

FYI, my boat is a little 14' aluminum boat.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Do you plan to carry your boat a good ways to get it into the water.

I see guys carry yaks all the time around hunting area. There are places to put in if your willing to carry.

No hidden ramps that I have found and I have trolled every inch of the lake and most of the creek.

There is a boat ramp at Marshall Creek Park, but the last time I tried to
go there, I couldn't get into Marshall Creek Park.

It used to be easy, but now, with all the development in the area it is hard to
find the park, but when I did, the gate was locked.

I used to bow fish up marshall creek when you could access the park and
boat ramp.

there used to be some big ol' gar back in there.

Marshall Creek has open and closed hours for the ramp.

During duck season anyways, it opens at 4am.

Yeah I have been using Marshall creek but last time we couldn't access the main lake because it was too low. We put in about 6 miles into the main lake on the south side near softball fields but would like to have to run 30 mins wide open on my little old motor. Do you know if it legal to put in where there is no ramp but is public access?

I am looking for a way to access the west end of the lake without running all the way across the lake or losing my lower unit in Marshall creek...
