LOL!! The last job interview I did....Over a months time I was called in for 4 seperate interviews with corporate executives, all four times they asked for different information and I knew the other three people that had applied and I was the front runner..
Well they asked me what I would do to streamline and protect the clients, I told them..they implemented my suggestions and took all the work inhouse and told us they were no longer looking for a team leader..LOL!!
