I dont understand that weighing system... i questioned the 733 when i saw it...but decided to bite my tongue.. but i had him heavier than 350 for sure.. but those dang things have fooled me before
Me too
For sure an XL specimen and still impressive
The steep angle of the forehead is a good indicator that there's a lot of domestic pig in it. A true feral hog's head is straight from the snout to the back of the head.
It's a big hog, but I agree that it leans more toward being a 4H pig gone wild.
Not to take anything away from the boar, hunter, or thread; he is a huge hog and a great trophy, that’s for certain.
In the color photo you can see he is all black, definitely not a Russian trait; and it looks like his ears fold over at the end whereas a Russian’s ears are always straight. And like Kevin mentioned the steep forehead is a dead giveaway.
The hog in the back of the pickup seems to exhibit more Russian characteristics than the Cali hog….
The only Black Russian I have ever seen was in a bar….
Ok that Pig needs to be tested for Steriods and sports performance enhancing drugs....LOL What a beast, looks like a freaken bear pig..... Hate to walk up on that thing in a dark alley.........
A wild pigs in a dark alley???? I knew there a lot of them out there but I didn't know we were having that problem... yet...............
